LEADERSHIP VACAVILLE

Leadership Vacaville is a six-month professional development program that nurtures tomorrow's active, committed civic leaders. Local businesses nominated up-and-coming supervisors or managers to participate.

Participants in this premium leadership program comprise diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Graduates form lasting connections to each other and to civic community leaders.

Graduates of the program benefit from a cirriculum that elevates their leadership skills, and just as importantly, exposes theme to the community's key institutions - schools, government, healthcare, business and community services.
